Clarity on the Bridge path from WC to C4D

  • After watching the 2026 Live Stream "001", I would like more clarity on the Bridge path from WC to C4D. Some background and context: I have had to abandon Octane for multiple reasons and give my rendering time exclusively to Redshift. Considering those factors, what is the best path to bring a WC terrain into Cinema 4D? (Note: I understand that I may have to abandon Redshift and go with Unreal, but for now, I would like to know my options using C4D/Redshift).

    The current C4D Bridge should work for transferring the terrain heightmap and materials, but it does not currently support exporting scattered objects.

    As mentioned in the stream, we are planning to include the objects scattered in World Creator in the ORBX export. We’ll also need to evaluate whether this functionality will be added to the regular Bridge Tool as well.
